Crisp Kirby cucumbers from Queensland, brined with apple cider vinegar from Bellevue Orchard, Olsson’s salt, and fresh dill. Spiced with caraway, coriander, mustard seed, and a flicker of red chilli for a bold, savoury kick.
What makes these pickles different? A drizzle of wild flower honey from Pure Peninsula Honey on the Mornington Peninsula and some bite from fresh jalapeños. A little natural sweetness and heat in perfect balance, wrapped around that classic dill crunch.
Stack them in burgers, tuck them into sandwiches, or put them front and centre on a charcuterie board - they’ll hold their own.
