Our Story
Since 2018, Dillicious has gone from one American guy in Australia wondering why all the pickles were imported or just not hitting right… to one of Australia’s biggest pickle producers making ridiculously good pickles, fresh salsas and condiments for chefs, shops and people obsessed with flavour.
What started with James and Liza making pickles on weekends has grown into a slightly bigger operation. These days, the Dillicious team are the people behind some of Australia’s crunchiest, loudest and most dangerously addictive pickles.
Liza keeps the whole thing grounded. James (with the help of the Dillicious team) keeps accidentally creating new products. Together, we make loud flavours with real ingredients and an unhealthy obsession with crunch.
