Shipping policy
Good news, pickle fans — we deliver our authentic American-style pickles anywhere in Australia using Australia Post and selected courier partners.
Australia Post
We currently have 1–2 Australia Post collections each week. Once your order has been collected from our factory, delivery times are generally:
- Melbourne: up to 5 business days
- Regional Victoria: up to 7 business days
- Metro areas outside Victoria: up to 7 business days
- Regional areas outside Victoria: up to 10 business days
Express Post can reduce delivery time once your order has been collected, but it does not speed up order processing or collection from our factory.
Other Couriers
We also use Aramex, CouriersPlease and other couriers for some deliveries, based on your preference.
Delivery itself can be quite fast, but collection times from our factory can vary. Occasionally an order may remain with us for several days while we wait for the courier to collect it (we can wait for up to a week).
Processing Your Order
We aim to process and pack your order within 72 hours.
Once your order has been packed and booked for delivery, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your pickles all the way to your door.
