Our Story
At Dillicious, we keep it real—just good, honest pickles made from simple, all-natural ingredients for ultimate flavour and crunch. We believe good food should make you feel good too, which is why we hand-pickle premium Aussie produce in small batches. You won’t find anything in our jars that you couldn’t find in your own pantry or garden—no added sugar, no preservatives, sulphite free, gluten free and plant based*—naturally.
The hero of our pickles? Our Kirby cucumbers. You can’t make a true American-style dill without them! Grown from the Bowie seed variety on family farms in sunny Queensland, these little legends are made for pickling—their thick skins, perfect size and snappy crunch give you that signature Dillicious bite every time. Harvest kicks off in Bundaberg through summer and shifts north to Ayr as the seasons change, keeping our supply fresh and flavourful.
We’re proud to work closely with our growers, ensuring both people and produce are cared for. As a family-run business, everyone in our process—from farmers to warehouse picklers to distributors—is part of the Dillicious family. That’s just how we roll.
*All our products are Vegan Certified, with the exception of our Not So Sweet pickles and Life of the Party hot sauce, which include wildflower honey.
