If you’ve never had Fried Pickles before, you’ve been missing out!! They’re crispy, crunchy and loaded with sour, dilly YUM! They are so easy to make and raise the bar on things you can make with pickles.
These crispy pickle treats are made that much better by yummy Panko crumbs for that perfect crunch! We love a dipping them in a buttermilk ranch dressing.
Ingredients
-
1/2 jar pickle chips
1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1-2 cups Panko crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
Directions
Preheat oil in a pan on medium/high heat.
Cover pickle chips in flour and salt.
Cover in egg.
Cover in Panko crumb completely. Keep covered in Panko crumbs until ready to fry.
Add coated pickle chips to hot oil. Cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes) and flip until the other side is also golden brown.
When removing from oil, it's important to remove any excess oil as quickly as possible. You can use a mesh strainer or paper towels.

Recipe Note
Sprinkle with fresh dill for colour and eat as soon as possible, which shouldn't be a problem.
